Rebecca, Mike, Reese and Trent are four people that carry light, hope, and so much joy into every situation... and i know this after spending only an evening with them. Rebecca and Mike have been on a long journey of trusting the Lord, as they found out in february that their sweet son Trent was diagnosed with leukemia. an anonymous friend gifted them a session with me (sweetest things i’ve ever heard) and it was truly such an honor to meet and spend time with each of them during such a difficult season of their lives. i’m so sure it’s only a stepping stone in the amazing story being written and in the midst of it all, they’re praising the Lord with an unwavering faith that is the most beautiful thing to see.

it's the simplicity of their little giggles, hugs, and sweet prayers at the dinner table that just get me every time, and the charles family film is just extra special. amidst chemo treatments and weekly doctor appointments for Trent, these little moments in the day to day are ones I hope they never forget. <3 please pray alongside the charles family for sweet Trent's complete healing and that Jesus would continue to be their hope and strength in the days ahead. <3 "Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the LORD will personally go ahead of you.
